Hong Kong Local Delivery Terms

Shipping Fees

  • Free Delivery: Free shipping on orders of HK$500 or more (excluding remote areas).

  • Standard Shipping: A HK$40 delivery fee applies to orders under HK$500.

  • Remote Areas: Flat rate of HK$50.

    • Remote areas include: Mui Wo, South Lantau, Pui O, Lau Fau Shan, Tai O, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, and Peng Chau.

Delivery Schedule

  • Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Delivery Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

  • Non-Delivery Days: Sundays and public holidays.

Logistics & Special Requests

  • Designated Carrier: Free delivery service is provided by our designated logistics partner (SF Express). If a customer requests an alternative courier, all associated shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  • Special Arrangements: For specific delivery requests or special instructions, please contact us prior to placing your order.

  • 免費送貨：訂單滿港幣 $500即可享免費送貨（偏遠地區除外）。
  • 標準運費：訂單未滿港幣 $500，收取 $40 運費。
  • 偏遠地區：劃一收費港幣 $50。

偏遠地區（梅窩、南大嶼山、貝澳、流浮山、大澳、南丫島、長洲、坪洲）


送貨時間

  • 處理時間：訂單一般於 2–4 個工作天（不包括星期日及公眾假期）送達。
  • 送貨時段：星期一至星期六，上午11:00 至 下午8:00（由SF順豐速遞公司派送）。
  • 不送貨日：星期日及公眾假期。
  • 特別安排：如有特定送貨要求，請聯繫我們

  • (免費送貨服務由本公司指定物流商順豐物流提供，如客戶要求以其他物流商派送貨品，運費由客戶承擔)
